Scheduling your beauty session is quick and easy. Simply select the service you want, choose a date and time that fits your schedule, and submit your booking. Our team will take care of the rest to ensure your experience is smooth and enjoyable. Whether it’s your first visit or a regular appointment, we are here to make the process convenient, fast, and hassle free.
Booking & Appointment Policy
To secure your appointment, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your slot and ensures that the time is reserved specifically for you.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, this must be done 24 to 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Each client may reschedule once only. Should you need to reschedule more than once, a new deposit will be required to secure the updated booking.
Please note that there is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a late fee of R50 will be added to your appointment. If you are more than 30 minutes late without any communication, your appointment will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
