Welcome to ButterflyksTouch. By using this website, booking an appointment, or purchasing a course, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking or purchase.
1. General
We operate ButterflyksTouch as a professional hair, beauty, and training salon.
By accessing this website, booking an appointment, or purchasing a course, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms & Conditions.
2. Course Purchases
All courses offered by ButterflyksTouch require full payment at the time of purchase, along with a once-off registration fee of R250.
After purchasing a course, I will contact you to confirm your availability and schedule your training dates and time slots.
Course scheduling is based on availability.
3. Booking Policy (Salon Services & Courses)
3.1 Booking Requirements
All salon services and training sessions must be booked through this website’s booking system or directly with me. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
You must provide accurate personal information so that I can confirm your bookings and contact you if necessary.
3.2 Appointment Confirmation
Once your booking is made and the deposit is received, you will receive a confirmation message or email.
If you do not receive confirmation, please contact me to verify your appointment.
3.3 Cancellations & Rescheduling
Rescheduling must be done 24–48 hours before your appointment to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
Each appointment may be rescheduled once only. If you need to reschedule more than once, a new deposit will be required to secure the new booking.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform me as early as possible, as last-minute changes cannot always be accommodated due to limited availability.
Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to make future bookings.
3.4 Late Arrivals
There is a 15-minute grace period for all appointments.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, a R50 late fee will apply.
If you are over 30 minutes late without any communication, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
Arriving late may also shorten your session to avoid delays for other clients.
3.5 Missed Appointments (No-Shows)
If you miss your appointment without notice, your deposit will be forfeited and future bookings may be restricted.
For training courses, missed sessions must be rescheduled based on availability and may require an additional fee or deposit.
4. Training Sessions
When attending a course at ButterflyksTouch, you agree to:
Arrive on time
Follow all instructions and salon guidelines
Maintain respectful and professional behavior
Use provided training materials responsibly
Missed sessions will be rescheduled only according to available time slots.
5. Payments
All payments for courses and salon services must be made through the secure payment options provided on this website or directly in the salon.
Pricing may be updated from time to time on this website.
6. Privacy
Any personal information entered on this website will only be used for booking management, training arrangements, and communication regarding ButterflyksTouch services.
Information is never shared with third parties unless legally required.
7. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service or training to anyone who:
Behaves disrespectfully
Disrupts the salon environment
Violates these Terms & Conditions
Harasses or threatens staff or clients
